I admit that the Holding Space Practice can get heady. The topics for "Everyday Life" are meant to answer practical questions like, "What should I eat?" and "How do I overcome anxiety, anger, or lethargy in my real life?"
I have found a lot of common-sense answers by seeing through the lense of Ayrveda--the ancient medical system from India. These courses are an opportunity to get your feet wet, experiment with some simple everyday choices and educate yourself so you can find more balance in your everyday life. Even the basics are empowering. Small shifts in a few daily practices can be surprisingly beneficial.
