Ash= 8, tanga = limb

Yoga is much more than poses.  Practicing asana (the poses) is the 3rd limb of the 8 Limbs of Yoga.

This course introduces you to the basics of the 8 limbs and how to apply them in formal and informal ways.

This book, which is a fascinating novel written by Michael Roach, moved me from doing yoga as a physical exercise to really understanding how to work toward optimizing my mind.
